Liqun Feng received the B.E. degree from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2020, and the Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2025. His doctoral research focused on mixed-signal and RF integrated circuit design for frequency synthesizers and wireless transceivers.
He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Pasadena, CA, USA. His current research interests include ultra-low-power and miniaturized integrated circuits and systems for biomedical applications.
Dr. Feng was a recipient of the IEEE SSCS Predoctoral Achievement Award from 2024 to 2025. He has also served as a reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers (TCAS-I), IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration Systems (TVLSI) and IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS).
