William W. Kuo
William Wei-Ting Kuo received the B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2016. From 2016 to 2017, he served as a substitute military service draftee in the Ministry of Justice, Taiwan. He is currently a graduate student in Electrical Engineering at Caltech.
