Kuan-Chang Chen (Xavier) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University (NTU), Taipei, Taiwan, in 2011, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University in 2014. From 2011 to 2012, he served as a second lieutenant in the Republic of China Air Force. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at Caltech, with special emphasis on analog and mixed-signal circuits and systems.
