Welcome Welcome to the Mixed-mode Integrated Circuits and Systems Lab at the California Institute of Technology (MICS). The students and researchers in our group work with Professor Azita Emami, who is an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering. Our research interests cover mixed-signal integrated circuits for digital data communication, low-power circuit and system solutions, VLSI systems, circuits at the interfaces, optoelectronics, and CAD tools. For more information please follow the research and publication links. News and Announcements
2008: Prof. Emami received the NSF Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) award for her research on "Data Communication in Advanced Integrated Systems".
Open positions: - Postdoctoral Scholars: Please email Prof. Azita Emami.
- Graduate Students (MS/PhD): If you are a prospective graduate student, please follow Caltech’s application process, and indicate your interest in IC design and optoelectronics. Your application will be reviewed by Prof Emami.
